Sorelle Style Online Returns Policy 

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the item is not to your taste, you can simply return to us within 14 days of the date shown on your invoice, providing the item has all of its original tags attached, is unworn and in saleable condition.

Please note when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

How to notify Sorelle Style you want to make a return;

1)   Please email customercare@sorellestyle.co.uk to notify us of your return.

Please send returns to Sorelle Style:

10 Walton Road, Stockton Heath, WA4 6NL.

2)    When we have received the item you will be notified via email

3)    If you are eligible for a refund we will do so within 5 working days of receipt of the return. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. We do not refund any shipping or postal costs.

Returns are your responsibility as we do not offer a pre-paid returns service, and so we recommend you send back items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar trackable method.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting or it arrives after the 14 day period.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase please state your size in the comments box during the refund process in your account/on your returns form.

If we have this in stock this customer will need to pay for postage and we will invoice you for this.

If we don’t have your size in stock we will offer a full refund or store credit.
