We carefully endeavour that all products are clearly photographed and that descriptions/specifications are as true a representation of the goods being sold. However, while the colour reproduction of the good on our website is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or the computer system accessed on.

We try our best to keep all stock levels, true to what is available on our website, however we can not be held responsible if an order item is no longer available. If a product is out of stock once orders, we will email you notify of this cancelled order. 


Depending on the delivery option chosen, delivery periods given are expected guidelines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer due to the postal service. We aim to deliver all standard orders within 5 working days, however sometimes due to bank holidays, busy periods and delayed deliveries this make take longer. All delivery periods are expected guide lines, but Sorelle Ltd can not be liable if your delivery takes longer. 


All payments made on SORELLESTYLE.CO.UK are received securely via WorldPay. All prices quotes on this website are in pounds sterling, exclude delivery charges and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. 

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified immediately at the time of order. 


We guarantee to exchange or refund and items that you are not completely satisfied with within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in condition as sold, including all swing tags attached, unmarked, unwashed & unworn. 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked. Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear if the hygiene strips have been removed. 

We advise you read and carefully follow the recommended washing instructions on each garment purchased from Sorelle Style, we will not be held liable if these are not followed.

Any faulty items that you may have incurred from Sorelle Style will be refunded in full if proven faulty. 

Please post any items you wish to return to the below address, filling out the returns form included in your delivery. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items, we strongly advise you obtain proof of posting.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

We obtain the right to terminate or suspend the website and the service it offers at anytime and without notice.

These Terms and Conditions supersede any oral agreement made between us or representation of us.

If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable then the remaining Terms and Conditions shall continue to be enforceable in full.
